Boxing Fitness is a dynamic and invigorating class that seamlessly blends the power of boxing with the effectiveness of bodyweight exercises. Get ready to sweat and burn with boxing! This class focuses on boxing for fun: throwing jabs, crosses, hooks, or uppercuts, on punching bags as well as partnering up on the gloves and pads. In between boxing rounds, you'll transition to bodyweight exercises that target every muscle group. From explosive plyometrics to core-strengthening movements, these exercises will push your limits and elevate your fitness level to new heights. Whether you're looking to build endurance, improve agility, or simply blow off steam, this class offers something for everyone.
