BOX is a boxing class that includes bag work and bodyweight exercises such as squats and core exercises. Boxing is a great way to work not only your whole body but the mind. Your trainer will lead you through rounds of different punches and combos as well as challenging body weight and core exercises. You will improve your overall fitness levels, strength, reflexes, and focus.
