Service Description
HiiT is a training technique in which you perform quick, intense bursts of exercise at a high intensity, followed by short recovery periods. Sometimes you'll be given a complete resting period whilst other times you will be actively recovering. This type of training aims to keep your heart rate up in order to burn more in less time.
