HiiT is a training technique in which you perform quick, intense bursts of exercise at a high intensity, followed by short recovery periods. Sometimes you'll be given a complete resting period whilst other times you will be actively recovering. This type of training aims to keep your heart rate up in order to burn more in less time. This training session uses HiiT as the training method, however it is set up as a circuit.
