Service Description
A 1-2-1 personal training session is all about focusing on you and your goals. We’ll work together closely to create a plan that’s tailored to your fitness level, preferences, and what you want to achieve. During the session, I’ll guide you through exercises, give you feedback on form, and make sure you’re progressing at a pace that suits you. It’s your time, so everything is personalized to help you get the most out of your training.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for all clients, the following booking policy applies to personal training sessions: • 24-Hour Notice Requirement: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they wish to reschedule or cancel a session. • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session start time will be charged at full price. • Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their session with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. • Booking Confirmation: All sessions must be confirmed at the time of booking. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
