Service Description
A 1-2-1 personal training session is all about focusing on you and your goals. We’ll work together closely to create a plan that’s tailored to your fitness level, preferences, and what you want to achieve. During the session, I’ll guide you through exercises, give you feedback on form, and make sure you’re progressing at a pace that suits you. It’s your time, so everything is personalized to help you get the most out of your training.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours before your booking. If you are to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or less you may still be charged. Please message via the 'Fit by Wix' app if you need to cancel. If a class is fully booked and you'd like to go on the waiting list please use the 'Fit by Wix' app
