Circuit training at KH Fitness is a full body workout that will improve your overall fitness, strength endurance and burn some fat! It is a combination of exercises performed for a set period of time with short rest periods. KH Circuits can be a challenge for those at a beginners level, which is why we give you the option to adapt exercises and weight selection to suit all ability levels.
