Apply for a complimentary one-on-one consultation with Kieran. This is where we'll discuss your goals and outline a personalised plan tailored to your needs.

Goal setting and programme design

Together, we'll establish clear and achievable fitness goals based on your aspirations and preferences. From there, Kieran will design a structured program that not only challenges you but also ensures steady progress towards your desired outcomes.

Support between sessions

What you do outside of PT sessions matter if you want to reach your goal! Enjoy ongoing support and guidance between sessions, whether it's answering questions, providing motivation, or adjusting your programme to keep you on track and accountable.

I love the training sessions with Kieran, he tailors each session to my preferences, there is always something new to learn and are always more challenging than the previous sessions. I've now upped my pt sessions to two per week & would do more if life allowed it.
