Our small group classes offer a dynamic and inclusive approach to fitness. With a maximum of 12 participants per class, you'll experience personalised attention and support from an experience trainer.

Diverse Workouts

The variety of class we offer a range of training styles, including circuit-based workouts, high-intensity inverted training (HIIT), strength based sessions, boxing, and hybrid workouts that combine both strength and endurance training.
