Service Description
Functional Fitness is a dynamic and structured workout class designed to provide a comprehensive training experience. The class is divided into two sections to target all major muscle groups and improve overall fitness. In the first section, participants move through a six-station circuit, utilizing a variety of equipment such as TRX, medicine balls, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and more. Each station offers a different exercise challenge, focusing on strength, endurance, and functional movement patterns. The second section of the class takes place on mats, where participants engage in bodyweight exercises to further enhance muscular endurance, and core strength. This segment includes a variety of exercises targeting different muscle groups, providing a well-rounded workout experience. Functional Fitness is suitable for all fitness levels, as participants have the flexibility to adjust the intensity of each exercise to meet their individual needs.
