Challenge your limits, and transform your fitness with our Met-Con class! Met-Con is a dynamic and exhilarating workout experience that combines circuit-style training with REPT-based (Repetitions Every Minute on the Minute) and timed-based intervals. Each class is designed to push you to your maximum effort while delivering a fun and effective full-body workout. Set up like a circuit, Met-Con features a series of stations, each offering a different exercise challenge. Participants will rotate through these stations, completing a combination of REPT-based exercises, where you aim to complete a certain number of repetitions within a minute, and timed-based exercises, where you strive to complete as many reps as possible within a specified time frame. From kettlebell swings and box jumps to push-ups and squats, every exercise is carefully selected to target multiple muscle groups and elevate your heart rate for maximum calorie burn and metabolic conditioning. What sets Met-Con apart is its versatility and scalability. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced participant, our instructor will provide modifications and progressions to ensure that everyone gets a challenging and effective workout tailored to their fitness level.

Cancellation Policy

To keep sessions running smoothly and ensure fairness for all members, the following booking policy applies to group training sessions: • 4-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Window: Clients can cancel or reschedule a group training session up to 4 hours before the session start time without penalty. • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 4 hours of the session start time will result in the session being deducted from your plan or charged at full price (for pay-as-you-go members). • Booking Confirmation: All group training sessions must be booked and confirmed in advance. Waitlist Policy • If a class is fully booked, clients can join a waitlist through the Fit by Wix App. • If a space becomes available, the first person on the waitlist will be notified and will have 15 minutes to confirm their spot. • If they do not confirm within 15 minutes, the spot will be offered to the next person on the list, who will also have 15 minutes to confirm. This process will continue until the spot is filled. • Clients booking via the website will be prompted to download the Fit by Wix App to join the waitlist. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
